How to Use:
Regular conditions:
- Initially: take 1-3 capsules twice daily, preferably on an empty stomach for one week.
- Maintenance: it can be lessened to maintenance of 1-2 capsules per day.
Chronic conditions:
- Initially: take up to 5 capsules twice daily, preferably on an empty stomach.
- Maintenance: it can be lessened to maintenance of 1-2 capsules per day, as long as it continues to produce results.
